Clinical, Admin and PreAuth supervisors can submit governance observations for manager review. These submissions do not change protocol logic; they create a manual governance record.

awareness only. Do not use this tool for patient medication decisions
until it has been tested and approved.
Patient SMS education draft
Generate a reviewable health education SMS from the policy number, clinical summary and home language. Medication-use instructions are excluded for now and should be supplied by pharmacy.
Pilot scope: currently supports flu / respiratory health education.
